Summer’s Last Spritz

Carmine’s on Rush is giving Chicagoans a reason to stretch Labor Day weekend just a little longer with The Last Spritz of Summer, a one-day-only afternoon celebration on Monday, Sept. 7.

From 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., guests can settle in on the second floor patio overlooking Rush Street and sip a trio of $12 cocktails, including an Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz and Lemon Ice, bringing a taste of an Italian summer to the heart of the Gold Coast.

Whether it’s a final long lunch, an afternoon on the patio or one last toast before fall officially takes over, Carmine’s is making the most of the unofficial final day of summer.
