The evening begins with an antipasto board and Cuvée Royale, followed by Baby Kale & Goat Cheese Salad paired with Cervaro della Sala 2023, Mama’s Gravy with Badia a Passignano 2022, and Sliced Wagyu Steak alongside the iconic Tignanello 2023.
